The secret to the success of delicious meat is the Dry Aged process. The 'Dry Aged Meat' method is born from the best selection of cuts, aged with the highest quality in the maturation chamber. This process lasts between 21 and 28 days at strictly controlled temperature, humidity, and hygiene standards by the Executive Chef. It's an exclusive technique, you'll love it! At La Estancia Argentina, the best dishes await you, like the 'Grilled Squid'. For an appetizer, we suggest ordering shrimp with garlic mushrooms, light, fresh, and delicious. Afterwards, enjoy the 'La Estancia Soup', the house specialty. You can also order a delicious 'Gaucha Salad'. From the grill, order a 'Pibe Chorizo Steak', 300 grams of flavor. How about 'Rib Eye'?, take a look at the meat section in the menu and fall in love with it. The house favorite is the 'La Estancia Argentina Filet', made with manchego cheese, Argentine chorizo, and red pepper. For seafood, order a grilled octopus. Consult with your waiter for side dishes to choose from. End your culinary adventure with a 'German Chocolate Cake'.
