Sake is named after the traditional Japanese drink resulting from the fermentation of rice in all its varieties that has become one of our favorite drinks. Sake set out to pamper diners and that's why they made a bar that only accommodates 28 very comfortable seats, measuring 17 meters in length. The bar is low and you can see the chefs preparing almost any food you order right in front of you, everything is made to order. Another differentiator of Sake sushibar is that they specialize in hand rolls, sushi wrapped in seaweed and eaten by hand. They also use around 18 different varieties of fish, mostly from sustainable groups in Ensenada.

Their menu includes options for sashimi, nigiri, tempura, and hand rolls - tacos made with seaweed and various fillings - in base, special, and premium, according to the ingredients used to make them. It's worth noting that the latter include lobster, foie gras, totoaba, and domestic raised wagyu beef.

Whet your appetite with one of their Japanese drinks; they have calpis that changes flavor daily and is made with natural ingredients. Another good option is to order a good sake.

Sake is a sushibar, so rolls can't be missing from any of their presentations. If you're a fan of nigiri, we definitely recommend the kampachi with lemon zest: the creamy texture of the fish combines incredibly with the sweet and acid touches. We also recommend the salmon with seaweed salad and takuan. The latter is a type of yellow radish used in Japanese or Korean food and is pickled.

Sake Sushibar can surely become one of your favorite Japanese food spots.

"Excelente comida, el servicio y actitud del mesero creo que puede mejorar. Por ejemplo; solicitamos sugerencias de algunos alimentos, y bebidas y no nos explicaba con detalle sino únicamente se dispuso a traer los alimentos…"
