Contrary to other Italian places focused on offering homemade Italian cuisine or fusion-style cuisine, Belfiore aims for a menu that would offer an authentic Italian restaurant. The greatness of its dishes lies in the simplicity of the ingredients. It's impossible to highlight just one. Keeping a classic, innovative, and stylish concept, pursuing excellence and high quality in ingredients, dishes, and service. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a European touch, this is a place with great capacity. The stars of the table are the pastas: examples of culinary excellence, perfectly al dente and served in abundance. Three recommendations: fusilli with eggplant, ricotta cheese, and tomatoes, risotto with artichoke hearts and parmesan, and baked penne with artichokes and truffle oil.
