Since our opening on August 10, 1995, at LA TEQUILA Cocina de México, we have been proud representatives of our extraordinary gastronomic heritage, following traditional recipes of our cuisine while also innovating with a contemporary approach. We are ardent supporters of the best practices in our industry, which allow us to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene and service. For this reason, we are certified with the H distinctive and were the first restaurant in the world to receive the T distinctive awarded by the Tequila Regulatory Council. We were also the first restaurant in Jalisco to receive the Treasures of Mexico award, which aims to promote excellence in restaurants and hotels whose high standards of service, gastronomic offerings, and architectural features reflect the cultural richness of Mexico.
We passionately promote the local, regional, and national consumption of high-quality products, as well as the knowledge and tasting of agave distillates made in our country. We offer more than 200 tequila options and 25 options of Mezcal, Sotol, Bacanora, and Raicilla. In addition, we have labels from the best wines in our country.
