Baja gets its abundance of ingredients from its coasts, but also from its ranches and vineyards. It's just as classic to eat a good ceviche or carpaccio as it is a good lamb taco. But Baja is also located at one of Mexico's great cultural crossroads. Buen , lugar, excelente atención, con muy buenas instalaciones para discapacitados. La pasta con almejas puede mejorar, poco pastosa y con demasiados cítricos. Los mariscos de excelente calidad. El Arroz negro excelente. Recomendable
