In memory of its founder Maria Corona, here you will find her traditional recipes along with her kitchen secrets. This establishment specializes in traditional Mexican cuisine. The tortillas are handmade and the sauces are prepared in pre-Hispanic stone molcajetes. On Sundays, come and enjoy the brunch, with over 20 Mexican dishes: Such as salads, fruits, tacos, quesadillas, omelettes, seafood, ceviche, mole, pozole, birria, desserts, cocoa, juices, and more. Sunday brunch from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Start your culinary adventure with a delicious 'Queso Fundido Maria Corona'. Made with melted regional cheese in a hot molcajete accompanied by corn, mushrooms, and homemade chorizo. House specials, the 'Mole Festival', features chicken, lamb and pork. Take a tour of Mexico through its most representative moles:

Pink mole, pipián, poblano, Oaxacan and Yucatecan adobo.
