Excelente el servicio y alimento
El restaurante nos lo habían recomendado muchos amigos y familiares, así que quisimos probarlo. Debo decir que me pareció muy regular, el típico restaurante de sushi que se puede encontrar en cualquier parte de Puebla. Hay docenas de ellos, como Mi Amorcito Corazón, Sushi Seven, Kampai, Hotaru, Domu. Y todos saben igual, sólo es sushi con un toque mexicano. El yakimeshi estaba bueno, pero las gyozas estaban secas y sosas. Los rollitos de sushi (pedimos Miami y San Diego) también estaban buenos, pero de nuevo, no tenían nada de especial. Lo mejor de ambos fue la guarnición del San Diego, que era maíz frito en tempura. Pero eso es sólo una guarnición, la estrella debería haber sido el sushi. El interior del restaurante era agradable, con una buena selección de música. El mayor problema que tuvimos con el restaurante fue que tenían una plaga de moscas de la fruta. No nos dimos cuenta hasta que recibimos nuestra comida. Incluso tuvimos que cambiar de mesa, porque había demasiadas. Lamentablemente, en nuestra otra mesa, nos pasó lo mismo. Perdimos un poco el apetito por ello, quizás por eso no nos pareció que la comida fuera nada especial. Incluso pensamos que nuestra comida estaba tal vez podrida. Lo peor es que los meseros sabían y confirmaron que tenían una plaga de estas moscas, pero no pudieron hacer nada al respecto. Eso me dice que son ignorantes, que no limpian muy bien el restaurante y que son reacios a llamar a un fumigador. Iba a darle 4 estrellas a este restaurante, pero debido a la suciedad del restaurante, lo bajo a 3 estrellas.
