Its cuisine is inspired by the traditional Oaxacan and Veracruz cuisine with plant-based ingredients. The philosophy of this place is similar to what is known as mindful eating, a way of becoming aware of the food we consume. At Na Tlali, eating is an act of nourishing the soul and body. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. But one of the great highlights of the menu is the grilled vegetables with mole made from vegetable broth, its flavor is bold like any good mole and the vegetables crunchy and al dente. For the adventurous palates, there are the molotes de plátano stuffed with huitlacoche and guajillo chili sauce, balanced with the acidity of the sauce and the deliciousness of the huitlacoche, this is one of the star dishes. For dessert, the best option is a pineapple tamale with dried fruits, amaranth and stone ground chocolate. The smoothness of the dough with the chunks of pineapple make the texture super pleasant. At Na Tlali, they are very interested in preparing dishes with little ecological impact and made with products that are organically sourced and through fair trade. La comida, los postres, las bebidas, todo es una delicia, nos dieron unos sopecitos de cortesía, las bebidas muy ricas, fui porque me lo recomendaron y valió totalmente la pena, el personal súper amable siempre pendientes, definitivamente volveremos.
