In one of the most cosmopolitan areas of Mexico City, Chef Saul Carranza proposes, at Niich, a series of dishes that will stay in your mind forever. His creations are inspired by traditional Oaxacan cuisine. However, at the same time, he gives an international twist to his dishes, using French or Oriental techniques in their preparation. Although there are dishes based on original Mexican recipes, sometimes their preparation is not the same, as the chef implements some of the French or Oriental techniques that he has perfected throughout his career. With more than 75 seats, the restaurant evokes the zen harmony of Japanese style with the warmth of Scandinavian design, offering an incredible convergence of art, design, and gastronomy.
