In this restaurant you can find a great variety of typical dishes of Mexican cuisine, with some touches of Iberian cuisine, in the best gourmet style in the Historic Center of Mexico City. The restaurant's menu is very varied, you will find a wide list of dishes that include chicken, meats, seafood, salads, pastas; there is also a wine list, where you can see the best national and international bottles. For breakfast, start with a delicious 'Omelette Jacinto', filled with quelites and black bean mole with chicharrón and salsa macha. For the main course, we recommend the 'Filete de Castilla', made with beef in pumpkin sauce, bathed in pasilla pepper sauce, perfumed with star anise. Or a 'Mulard Duck', which is a duck confit in roquefort cheese sauce with light yellow apple puree. Check out the new menu, they have great surprises. La verdad es un lugar, agradable, el personal muy atento y la comida, muy rica, muy buen sazón. El lugar ya me lo habían recomendado pero por una u otra causa no podía visitarlo. Me llevo un buen sabor de boca Gracias

La comida de primerísima calidad, el servicio extraordinario. El filete Chemita de 10 y el Chile "encamisado", relleno de salmón, camarones y queso es un sueño. El lugar sobrio y un poco anticuado, pero agradable. Lo único malo es que como casi todo en el centro histórico huele mucho a drenaje. Cero agradable. De ahí en fuera es un lugar super recomendable
